TODAI – The International, Seafood and Sushi Buffet located at the basement level of The Shoppes @ Marina Bay Sands is a very impressive eaterie!
When we first dined at this restaurant, I really didn’t quite know what to expect. I had been warned that day not to eat too much for lunch and I did as I was told. And I never regretted it. The HUGE buffet dinner spread at Todai was enough to make me want to go on a detox diet after my heavy meal! Let’s see… There’s a variety of Salads & Cold Cuts, Sushi & Sashimi, Noodles, Italian Pizza & Pasta, Meat & Seafood, Brazilian Churassco, Korean treats, Desserts and More! And yes, Snow Crab Claws too. Be prepared to brave the long queue for these Snow Crab Claws. I zero-ed in on my favorite - Sashimi.
Seriously, come to this restaurant dressed in super-baggy clothings! ;-) I wish my friend had told me so.
And lastly, the prices here are very reasonable! I didn’t pay for this dinner but I took a quick glimpse at the bill - approximately S$70.00 per pax (which is really reasonable for an upmarket eaterie like this place).
